FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Q. Can I purchase the PayBackCARDZ for my own use?
A. No. PayBackCARDZ have been developed for client retention and referral use only, and are meant to be given out to your clients as a gift. Purchasers of the cardz are not allowed to redeem the cardz for their own personal use, other than a one time test of the product. This includes the purchaser, business owner, family members and employees. Our redemption database screens the orders against the redemptions to police this. Redemptions from purchasers attempting to mislead, abuse or trip the system will void redemption as well as future orders.

Q. How many PayBackCARDZ, receipts, or movie stubs can I send in at a time?
A. One original restaurant receipt with each restaurant card, and up to two original movie ticket stubs with each movie ticket card. You may send in a maximum of 2 PayBackCARDZ (with corresponding receipts or stubs) per envelope.

Q. What restaurants are eligible in this program?
A. The following restaurant chains (all locations) in the USA & Canada are eligible: Applebee’s, Bob Evans, Buffalo Wild Wings/BW3, Chili’s, Cracker Barrel, Denny’s, Famous Dave’s, IHOP, O’Charley’s, Olive Garden, Outback, Perkins, Red Lobster, Ruby Tuesday, TGI Fridays

Q. What theaters are eligible in this program?
A. All movie theaters, USA & Canada, anytime, anywhere.

Q. Do my clients redeem the Cardz at the restaurant or theater?
A. No, follow the simple instructions on the back of the Cardz.

Q. How do my clients get paid back?
A. Four Simple Rules:
1. They completely fill out the back of the PayBackCARD and send it along with their original receipt from the restaurant, or original movie ticket stub(s), to the address on the back of the PayBackCARD. Duplicate receipts will be voided.
2. Their envelope must be postmarked within 10 days of date on restaurant receipt or movie ticket stub(s).
3. Their envelope must be postmarked before the expiration date listed on the Cardz.
4. Only two PayBackCARDZ per envelope are eligible for PayBack.

Q. When will they receive the PayBack?
A. PayBack checks are sent in 30 days.

Q. How do my clients track their PayBack?
A. They simply enter their phone number on website listed on back of PayBackCARD www.cardzinfo.com to find out status of PayBack, or call 888-576-6251 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              888-576-6251      end_of_the_skype_highlighting.

Q. What is the expiration date on the Cardz?
A. Approximately 6 months. Your clents must postmark their envelope by the expiration date printed on the cardz (as well as within 10 days of the date on the original receipt or original movie ticket stubs).

Q. Is there a discount offered for larger orders?
A. Only on quantities of 20,000 or more Cardz.

Q. What if my client’s receipt for PayBack is less than the amount on the Card?
A. Their PayBack will be for the total amount on the receipt up to the dollar value on the Card.

Q. What are the eligibility requirements for restaurant receipts?
A. Original restaurant receipts must include the detailed food and/or beverage order listed. Duplicate or photo copy receipts will not be accepted. Receipts for restaurant gift card purchases will also not be accepted.

Q. Does the PayBack include tax, alcohol, etc.?
A. Yes, the PayBack is based on the receipt total including tax and alcohol. Tip is not eligible or included in PayBack total. .

Q. Can the Cardz be used with other offers and discounts?
A. Yes, because only the total on the receipt is eligible up to the amount on the Card.

Q. When will I receive my Cardz?
A. Cardz will be received within 7 – 10 business days from the date they are ordered.
